Who we are

Pera Computing is a brand of Prima Era S.R.L., which is the controller of the personal data described here, for the Pera Computing API (api.peracomputing.com) and this website. Contact: hello@peracomputing.com.

Prompts and completions

We do not store or log the content of requests or responses. Content exists only in memory while a request is processed; the serving software can keep recent prompt prefixes in GPU memory as a cache until they are evicted. We do not use customer content to train models.

What we keep

• For each request: the API key's identifier, time, model, route, token counts (prompt, cached, completion), latency, price and cost. We use these for billing, abuse prevention and capacity planning.
• Customer account and billing data: company name, contact email, invoices and payments.

We keep request records as long as billing and support need them, and accounting records as long as Italian law requires.

This website

This website sets no cookies and loads no trackers, analytics or third-party scripts.

Who else processes data

• Infrastructure providers host our gateway and servers, some of them outside the European Union.
• For keys with automatic fallback, requests that our GPUs cannot take at that moment are forwarded, content included, to a third-party inference provider, under its own policies.
• Software and service partners that maintain our serving systems can access them to administer them.

Transfers outside the EU rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@peracomputing.com. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
